- Performance metrics, goals, and recurring notification settings
Health & Apple HealthKit Data (Optional)
- Activity metrics including daily step counts, walking/running distances, and exercise targets
- Sleep patterns and mindfulness duration data
Note on HealthKit: Health data integration requires explicit device authorization. This data is read locally from Apple's HealthKit framework and is processed solely to visualize progress within the application interface. We do not use HealthKit data for marketing or advertising purposes.
Technical Logs & Telemetry
- Device models, operating system versions, and native application runtime versions
- Anonymized crash trace reporting and transaction telemetry
- Secure push notification tokens
Artificial Intelligence Processing
- User-submitted prompts, diagnostic strategies, and automated habit performance metrics required to generate personalized progress summaries and analytical insights.
Crucial Note: Apple HealthKit data is strictly excluded from all Artificial Intelligence processing and is never sent to third-party AI models.
2. How We Use Data
- To power and maintain core native application functionality
- To safely sync historical habit data securely across your connected devices via cloud databases
- To deliver automated local or remote push notification routine reminders
- To optimize large language model prompt strategies and analytical accuracy (utilizing non-HealthKit habit data only)
- To analyze application errors and protect architecture security
3. Third-Party Infrastructure
To deliver reliable services, we safely collaborate with vetted cloud infrastructure and subscription tooling providers: Google Firebase/Firestore (Data storage and authentication), RevenueCat (In-app purchase validation), Google Cloud/OpenAI APIs (AI-driven generation logic), and the Apple App Store / Google Play Console (App distribution and payment management).
HealthKit Framework Exception: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy, no personal health data collected through the Apple HealthKit framework will be shared with, sold to, or processed by third-party infrastructure for AI generation, marketing, advertising, or data mining purposes.
4. Data Allocation & Protection
We do not lease or sell user personal or behavioral tracking data to third parties under any circumstances. Data shifts only occur when strictly obligated by compliance laws or to manage encrypted processing workflows with our explicit service providers.
5. Data Rights & Erasure
You maintain full authority over your data parameters. You hold the explicit right to review, update, export, or permanently erase your profile and habit logs at any moment directly through the account configurations inside the app. You can also revoke Apple HealthKit permissions at any time via your iOS system settings.
