Common Troubleshooting

App Performance & Stability

Make sure your iPhone is updated to a compatible iOS version and that you have downloaded the latest build of HabitAnchor AI directly from the App Store.

Premium Subscriptions Not Activating

If you purchased a subscription but features remain locked, go to the settings/paywall layout in HabitAnchor AI and tap Restore Purchases.

Data & Cloud Syncing

HabitAnchor AI uses secure cloud infrastructure to back up your routine data safely. If your data isn't syncing immediately across states, please verify that your device has an active internet connection and that you are logged into your account profile inside the app.
