1. The service
IdentityKit is a local-first habit tracker. Habits, check-ins, and notes stay on your device. Optional AI features send only the habit context you request to our servers.
2. Responsible use
You agree to use the app and its AI features responsibly. Do not submit sensitive personal information to AI. Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
3. Subscriptions
Paid features are billed and managed through the App Store. Restore purchases in the app if a subscription does not unlock after you pay.
4. Age
IdentityKit is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required where you live.
5. Updates
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
